燃煤电厂脱硫除尘超低排放方案制定

摘要 为了确保燃煤电厂所排放的粉尘、硫化物以及NOX达到国家所制定的超低排放标准,同时保证电厂能够始终处于正常健康的运转状态,结合燃煤电厂的特点,针对性地制定脱硫除尘排放方案非常有必要。本文以某燃煤电厂为例,提出了湿式静电除尘运行方案、SNCR+SCR(2+1)脱硝方案,取得了较好的脱硫除尘效果,且使得排放浓度达到了标准范围。 In order to ensure that the dust,sulfide and nitrogen oxides discharged by coal-fired power plants meet the ultra-low emission standards formulated by the state,and ensure that the power plants can always operate normally and healthily,it is necessary to formulate a specific emission plan for desulfurization and dust removal in combination with the characteristics of coal-fired power plants.Taking a coal-fired power plant as an example,the operation scheme of wet electrostatic precipitation and SNCR+SCR(2+1)denitrification scheme are put forward.Good desulfurization and dust removal results are achieved,and the emission concentration reaches the standard range.
