摘要 目的使用WISN方法评估某专科医院皮肤病专科医师的人员需求及工作负荷情况。方法选择某皮肤病专科医院8个开展皮肤病专科诊疗业务科室的临床医师为研究对象,利用WHO推荐的应用基于工作量指标的人力配置(WISN)方法进行人员配置及工作负荷评估。结果根据该院2015年度承担的皮肤病专科诊疗服务(门诊、住院)和教学、科研任务需要的高、中、初级医师分别是46人、49人和37人,与医院实际在岗人员相比缺口分别为26人、24人和11人。高、中、初级医师的WISN比分别为0.4、0.5和0.7。结论该院的皮肤病专科医师人力资源十分不足,临床服务任务较重,且各级人员的工作负荷呈现高级>中级>初级医师的现象。 Objective To assess the staffing needs and workload of dermatologists in a specialist hospital using WISN method. Methods There were 8 clinical departments in a dermatology specialist hospital and all of them were included in the study. WISN ratio and the staffing needs of dermatologists were calculated by using WISN method that recommend by WHO. Results WISN calculation showed that this dermatology specialist hospital in which the study was done requires chief physician,attending physician and resident physician were 46,49 and 37,respectively,the gap of physician was 26,24 and 11,in order to provide the volume of health services in outpatient & inpatient,and others such as teaching & research. The WISN ratio was 0. 4,0. 5 and 0. 7. Conclusion The study reflects that the hospital’s dermatologists are insufficient,the physicians’ clinical service tasks are heavier,and the workload of staff at all levels showed chief physician 〉 attending physician 〉 resident physician.
