摘要
本文分析了低品位钢铁渣的粒径及金属铁粒径分布特征,提出了四级磁选工艺流程,粒径范围分别为10 mm、5 mm、1 mm、0.25 mm。研制了一种适宜三种低品位钢铁渣的磁选工艺,包括对0~10 mm以及+10 mm钢铁渣的分级磁选处理工艺。对+10 mm钢铁渣进行球磨处理,磁选尾料返回继续进行分流处理,以达到最大化磁选回收率。
In this paper, the particle size of low grade steel slag and the distribution characteristics of iron particles are analyzed. Process of four stages magnetic separation is proposed, and the particle size ranges are 10 mm, 5 mm, 1 mm and 0.25 mm respectively. A magnetic separation process suitable for three kinds of low grade steel slag was developed, which included classified magnetic treatment of 0~10 mm and +10 mm steel slag. Ball milling treatment on +10 mm steel slag and return the magnetic separation tailings for further separated treatment to maximize the recovery rate of magnetic separation.
