摘要
针对转炉钢渣可磨性差和含铁量高的状况,根据铁的赋存状态对钢渣可磨性的影响,研究了钢渣可磨性、磁选提铁及两者的交互性影响。研究表明:在细磨时间3h以上时,钢渣粒度分布的峰值在100-120μm之间,铁含量越小,钢渣可磨性越好。钢渣的细磨次数愈多,磁选提铁越彻底。经过3次磨碎以后,可得到含铁量为45%以上的样品,钢渣中的铁含量下降8.89%。
Because of poor at grindability and high-level iron of steel slag , the study focused on interaction of slag grindability and magnetic separation of steel slag. Research shows that under the condition of grinding for 3 hours, steel slag particle size distribution of peak was in 100 - 120 microns. The smaller iron content was, the better grind- ability of steel slag cancould. The more grinding times of steel slag was, the more magnetic separation would be made. After three time grinding , fine powder with iron content of more than 45 % was obfained, the iron content of steel slag was cut down by 8.89 %.
