摘要
目的：探究放射状冲击波对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛缓解及临床疗效的差异.方法：选取2016年5月~2017年4月期间腰椎间盘突出症106例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组：采用放射状冲击波治疗,对照组：采用椎间孔镜治疗.通过1个疗程治疗,记录治疗前、后患者VAS评分评价疼痛缓解程度,计算治疗有效率对临床疗效进行综合评价.结果：对照组、观察组患者治疗前VAS评分分别为9.4±3.1、9.4±2.0分,疗程结束后明显降至4.7±1.3、3.1±1.1分,观察组评分减少幅度较对照组显著.且经治疗,观察组患者治愈7人,显效22人,有效20人,无效仅为4人,治疗总有效率为92.45%,显著高于对照组患者77.36%的总有效率（P〈0.05）,尤其针对治愈、显效、无效患者人数,数值差异更为显著（P〈0.05）.结论：放射状冲击波治疗可显著缓解患者局部疼痛,具有突出的治疗总有效率,疾病治愈效果显著.
Objective： To explore the difference of radial shock wave on the patients with lumbar disc herniation pain relief and clinical curative effect. Methods： From May 2016 106 cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with - 2017 during April as the research object, randomly divided into observation group： using radial shock wave therapy, and the control group： the intervertebral disc through hole mir- ror treatment. One course of treatment, recorded before treatment, VAS patients after evaluating the degree of pain relief, calculate the ef- fective rate of treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results： In the control group, patients in the observation group Before treatment, VAS scores were 9.4 ＋ 3.1,9.4 ＋ 2, after the end of treatment was reduced to 4.7 ＋ 1.3,3.1 ＋ 1.1, the observation group were decreased significantly compared with the control group. And after treatment, the observation group patients 7 were cured, 22 markedly effective, effective 20, invalid only 4 people, the total efficiency of treatment 92.45%, the total efficiency of 77.36% was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05）, especially for the cure, effective, invalid number of patients, the numerical difference was more significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Radial shock wave therapy can significantly relieve the patient ad- ministration Department of pain, has a prominent treatment of total efficiency, disease cure effect is remarkable.
