摘要
目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将2016年6月至2017年12月本院接诊的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上联合磁振热治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛情况以及活动能力变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为95. 45%,对照组有效率为79. 55%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候各项积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后PRIA评分、PRIS评分、VAS评分及PPI评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后Oswestry评分低于本组治疗前,JOA评分高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后Oswestry评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,可明显改善患者疼痛症状和功能障碍。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Pain-Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Eigty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with magnetic vibration heat therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with Pain-Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. Their TCM syndrome score,pain and activity ability changes before and after treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 45% and that of the control group was 79. 55%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the PRIA score,PRIS score,VAS score and PPI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,Oswestry score of either of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the same group,and JOA score was significantly higher than that of the same group（P〈0. 05）; Oswestry score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pain-Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation.
