摘要
目的:探讨养阴降压汤对阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病患者血压变异性的影响。方法:选择阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病患者82例,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组患者予以厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,观察组患者在西药治疗基础上加用养阴降压汤口服。连续治疗8周,治疗前后所有患者均予以24h动态血压监测,比较并分析两组患者治疗前后血压及血压变异性的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血压均值较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者24h血压变异系数治疗后较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与对照组比较下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:养阴降压汤辅助治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病能显著改善患者血压变异性,降压效果更为平稳,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To discuss the effect of Yangyin antihypertension decoction on blood pressure variability in patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome.Methods:To Select 82 patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome,randomly divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases),the control group was treated with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,and the patients in the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with Yangyin antihypertension decoction.Two groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks,and all patients were given 24 hambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after the treatment,then the changes of blood pressure and blood pressure variability before and after treatment in groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The mean blood pressure of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the 24 hcoefficient of blood pressure variability in the observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),furthermore,compared with the control group,the level of blood pressure variability reduced more obviously in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of Yangyin antihypertension decoction in the adjuvant therapy of primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome significantly improve the blood pressure variability,and the antihypertensive effect is more stable than that of Western medicine alone,which may benefit patients more.
