摘要 神经病学艰深繁多,难于理解掌握,如何培养一名合格的神经病学实习生是教学医院必须面对的难题。当前临床教学医院病患多,医生和床位少,教学任务重,医患关系紧张,都制约临床实习教学的有效开展。随着网络的普及,网络平台被广泛应用教学改革中。本文旨在探讨临床实习教学和网络平台相结合,实现医疗活动的情景化,从而提高医学生在神经内科的实习质量。 Neurology is complicated and recondite. How to effectively train the neurology internships is a difficult issue faced with teaching hospitals. At present,the clinical teaching is hindered by increasing patients,inadequate doctors and sickbeds,heavy teaching tasks and strained doctor-patient relationship. With the popularity of internet,online platform has been widely used in the teaching reform. In this paper,we discuss a novel situational teaching by combining clinical practice teaching and online platform which might be used in the future to improve the quality of clinical neurology practice.
