摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导结合同伴教育在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 92例血液透析患者随机分成对照组与观察组各46例,两组患者均接受血液透析治疗常规教育,观察组另给予团体心理辅导结合同伴教育。干预6个月后,根据患者的饮食情况、疾病知识掌握情况、药物治疗结果以及定期监测结果,比较两组患者的血液透析治疗依从性、并发症的发生情况、血管通路维护、满意度等,评价团体心理辅导结合同伴教育的效果。结果健康教育后,观察组在透析、饮食控制、药物治疗、血压、体重监测等方面具有很好的依从性,以及血管通路维护、透析并发症发生情况以及满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体心理辅导结合同伴教育可以显著提高血液透析患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of group counseling and peer education in hemodialysis patients. Method 92 patients of hemodialysis were first randomly divided into a control group( n = 46) and an experimental group( n = 46).The two groups were then given conventional treatment. Next,the experimentalgroup were given group psychological counseling and peer education in addition to that given to the control group. After 6 months of intervention,according to the observation indexes of diet,disease,drug treatment results,and regular monitoring results,the treatment compliance and complications of vascular access,maintenance and other aspects of the two groups were compared. An evaluation was then made on the effect of psychological counseling combined with the effect of peer education. Findings Significant difference was observed between the two groups after health education. The experimental group had better compliance in diet control,drug treatment,monitoring results and disease control and were better than the control group in Vascular access maintenance,dialysis complications and so on. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Group psychological counseling combined with peer education in can serve as an effective intervention in caring patients with hemodialysisand improving the compliance of patients.
