摘要
为研究倒地铃(Cardiospermum halicacabum)乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗氧化作用,用乙酸乙酯加热回流提取倒地铃中的有效成分,采用紫外分光光度计法,测定其消除DPPH自由基能力,并以丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)作为参照测定螯合Fe2+能力以及还原Fe3+能力。结果表明,倒地铃乙酸乙酯的提取物对DPPH自由基有较强的清除能力,对Fe2+的螯合能力及还原Fe3+的能力也较强,说明倒地铃乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化性较强。
To study the antioxidant effects of ethyl acetate extract from Cardiospermum halicacabum,refluxing the Cardiospermum halicacabum with ethyl acetate to extract the active components. The UV spectrophotometry was applied to determine the ability of eliminating DPPH radicals,chelating Fe2+in comparing with butyl hydroxy anisole(BHA) and reducing Fe3+to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Results showed that,the ethyl acetate extract of Cardiospermum halicacabum had strong ability to clear DPPH free radicals,the ability of chelating Fe2+and the reduction of Fe3+were also strong,showing the ethyl acetate extract from Cardiospermum halicacabum have strong antioxidant capacity.
