摘要
目的:探讨对鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜手术治疗的方法和临床效果。方法:选取2014年4月-2016年4月笔者所在医院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者60例,随机均分成观察组和对照组,分别接受鼻内镜手术治疗及保守治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率、嗅觉恢复情况及并发症发生率均较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜手术治疗的效果显著,且安全性高,可作为临床首选治疗方法。
Objective：To study the treatment method and clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with sinusitis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method：60 patients with sinusitis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were chosen between April 2014 and April 2016 from our hospital,they were divided into observation group and control group at random,and were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and conservative treatment respectively.The treatment effects were observed.Result：The total effective rate,recovery of the smell and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with sinusitis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma the curative effect is distinct,the safety is high,it can be used as a clinical choice for treatment.
