摘要
目前装配式结构预制构件连接形式主要为榫槽连接,构件拼接后榫头与榫槽之间空隙要进行注浆,以提高构件之间整体性和防水性能,因此有必要对预制构件榫槽注浆技术进行研究。研究装配式地铁车站大型预制构件榫槽注浆技术,结合长春地铁2号线BT2标西兴站装配式工程,通过理论分析、工程实践对预制构件榫槽注浆技术进行研究,从榫槽结构、注浆要求、注浆材料、注浆设备等方面进行注浆准备,研究榫槽注浆施工顺序。
At present,the assembly structure is connected to the main connection form of prefabricated tenon,component splicing gap between the tenon and mortise to grouting, in order to improve the integrity between components, and waterproof performance, so it is necessary to study the prefabricated groove grouting technology. The grouting technique of large units of mortise assembly line 2 subway station, BT2 station assembled with engineering standard sichen Changchun subway, through theoretical analysis and engineering practice of prefabricated groove grouting technology.
