摘要
为了有效的对地铁车站进行施工管控,对地铁车站建筑过程进行了分析研究。利用建筑信息模型(BIM)对地铁车站的装配式结构进行了模型的构建,对BIM建模的方法进行了介绍,对比了其与传统装配式结构设计方法的异同;利用BIM技术进行了预制构件库的创建;最后,利用有限元分析方法对装配式结构的力学性能进行分析,为BIM模型的优化提供了参数依据。研究结果表明:BIM技术的利用实现了地铁车站装配式结构从设计到施工再到运营维护等流程的一体化目的,可以对地铁车站的施工进度进行有效的控制管理;BIM实现了地铁车站装配式结构的仿真模拟及其管理;有限元分析法的使用成功的对BIM装配式结构进行了性能的分析,并且解决了BIM模型结构力学性能的重复审核的操作流程,为地铁车站的装配式结构的设计优化提供了数据依据。通过研究发现:BIM技术和有限元分析法的使用,提高了地铁车站整个施工流程的管理效率,可以将其应用到实际的建筑管理中,最终提高车站的施工效率。
To effectively control the construction of subway stations, the construction process of the prefabricated structure of the subway station is explored. The Building Information Model(BIM) is used to model the prefabricated structure of the subway station. The method of BIM modeling is introduced. Also, its similarities and differences with the traditional prefabricated structure design method are compared. The BIM technology is used to create a precast component library. The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the prefabricated structure, which provides a parameter basis for the optimization of the BIM model. The results show that the use of BIM technology achieves the integration purpose for the prefabricated structure of the subway station from design to construction to operation and maintenance, providing a decision basis for construction schedule control. BIM realizes the simulation and management of the prefabricated structure of the subway station. The finite element analysis method is used to successfully analyze the performance of the BIM prefabricated structure, and solve the operation process of repeated review of the mechanical properties of the BIM model structure. It provides data basis for structural optimization and adjustment parameters. Through the investigation, it is found that the use of BIM technology and finite element analysis method improves the management efficiency of the entire construction process of the subway station. It can be applied to actual building management, ultimately improving the construction efficiency of the station.
