摘要
莱芜市委党校迁址新建工程位于孝义水库与金凤阁公园中间,地处高新区北部。此工程也是莱芜市党建重点工程和城市建设的重点工程。项目中报告厅的吊顶作业采用双曲铝板吊顶技术。铝板材质具有强度高,刚性好,耐腐蚀,重量轻等多种优点。但双曲铝板应用于吊顶作业,会使加工程序和施工技术变得更加复杂。以莱芜市委党校迁址新建工程中报告厅的双曲铝板吊顶为研究对象,从工艺流程、施工难点、操作要点、安全措施等方面进行了分析研究。
Laiwu Municipal Party School moved to the new project is located in Xiaoyi Reservoir and Jinfengge Park in the middle, is located in the north of the high-tech zones.This project is also the key project of Laiwu City Party building key project and city construction. Project 700 people in the ceiling of the lecture hall with double curved aluminum ceiling technology. Aluminum material with high strength, good rigidity, corrosion resistance, light weight and other advantages. But the use of double-curved aluminum plate in the ceiling operation, will make the processing and construction technology becomes more complex. This paper takes the hyperbolic aluminum plate ceiling of the leasing hall of Laiwu Municipal Party School to be the new research project, and analyzes the technological process, construction difficulty, operation points and safety measures.
