摘要
工程全寿命周期管理是一项复杂的系统工程,相关的影响因素很多,若要做到总费用最小,需要建立庞大的仿真系统。以雅中至江西±800kV特高压直流线路工程的概算分析为例,通过对全寿命周期费用敏感性进行分析,得到采取措施降低费用对全寿命周期费用的影响,讨论了影响架空输电线路工程全寿命周期管理的因素并进行分析。
The project life cycle management is a complicated system engineering, and entails enormous related influencing factors. To achieve the minimum total cost, a large simulation system is required. Based on the budgetary estimate of Yazhong-Jiangxi -4-800 kV UHV DC line project, the life cycle cost sensitivity analysis concludes that some measures have to be taken to reduce the cost influence on life cycle cost. The factors affecting the life cycle management of overhead transmission line project are discussed and analyzed.
