摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法(UPLC-MS-MS)测定蒲地蓝消炎口服液中野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、绿原酸、汉黄芩素、黄芩素和咖啡酸6种成分的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C8(2.0 mm×50 mm,3μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,体积流量为200μl/min。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,多反应监测方式进行负离子扫描。结果 6种成分在测定浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率在96.25%~101.79%。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于蒲地蓝消炎口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a UPLC-MS-MS method for determining the contents of six components in Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid, including Scutellarin, Baicalin, Chlorogenic acid, Wogonin, Baicalein and Caffeic acid. Methods The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna C8 (2.0 mm×50 mm, 3 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution and the volume flow rate of 200 μl/min. The mass spectrometry was used for negative ion scanning with electrospray ionization (ESI) and multiple reaction monitor-ing (MRM). Results The six components showed good linear relationship within the concentration range of the mea-surement. The recoveries were in the range of 96.25%~101.79%. Conclusion The method shows strong specificity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid.
