摘要
高等教育现代化不可避免地伴随着高等教育的"麦当劳化",体现为在其对高效率、可计算、可预测与控制的追求上。这些特征共同导致了高等教育现代化进程中的诸多危机,如学术权力的困境、学术评价的迷失、学术环境的消弭等。走向理性的高等教育现代化,须直面和避免"麦当劳化"所带来的诸多危机。在顶层设计的框架之下,理应推动高校行政管理现代化,放弃对排行榜的盲目崇拜,积极探索和落实以代表作制为基础的学术评价制度,从绩效办学走向特色办学,大力发展人文学科,共同助力走向理性的高等教育现代化。
The modernization of higher education is inevitably accompanied by the Mc Donaldization of higher education,which is embodied in the pursuit of high efficiency,calculation,predictability and control. These characteristics led to the crises in the process of modernization of higher education,such as the plight of academic power,the wilder of academic evaluation,the elimination of academic environment,etc.. In order to build rational modernization of higher education,it is necessary to face and avoid the crisis caused by Mc Donaldization. Under the framework of the top-level design,it is important to promote the modernization of administrative management in colleges and universities,abandon the blind worship of the first-class university＇s rank,explore and implement the representative works system,from the performance to characteristics of university running,and develop the humanities subjects vigorously to help to build a rational modernization of higher education.
