摘要
从价值取向层面探讨高校学术评价制度能够从根本上揭示其瑕疵所在,进而提出建设性的变革之策。工具理性主导的高校学术评价制度凸显了工具理性效率崇拜、依赖评价技术、结果导向、"工具人"假设等特征,这些特征是学术活动异化现象产生的根源。呼唤价值理性的觉醒,秉持理性平衡的价值取向是促使学术评价回归学术逻辑,最终实现高校学术繁荣的有效路径。具体变革策略主要包括:建立以学术权力为主导,多元主体共同参与的高校学术评价制度生成机制;实施量化评价与质化评价相结合的综合性评价方法;制定适合不同学科特点的评价标准,实行分类评价;合理运用学术评价结果,淡化高校学术评价制度的功利趋向;树立依法治学理念,建立学术评价监督和惩处制度等。
The academic evaluation system of colleges and universities dominated by instrumental rationality highlights the characteristics of efficiency worship, dependence on evaluation techniques, result orientation and "tool man" hypothesis. The above characteristics are the root of alienation phenomenon of academic activities. An effective way to realize the academic prosperity of colleges and universities is that we encourage academic evaluation to return to academic logic through the reform of academic evaluation system on the basis of the value orientation of rational balance. The specific reform strategies mainly include: to establish the mechanism of academic evaluation system that is lead by academic power and participated by multiple subjects; to carry out comprehensive evaluation method combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation; to formulate evaluation criteria for different disciplines and carry out classified evaluation; to dilute the utilitarian tendency of academic evaluation system through rational use of academic evaluation results; to set up the concept of governing academic activities by law and establish the supervision and punishment system for academic evaluation.
