摘要
目的:探究米索前列醇在妇产科临床上的应用以及疗效。方法:将2016年3月至2017年1月来东莞市石碣医院进行米索前列醇治疗的113例患者,这些患者有流产患者、引产患者以及足月妊娠促宫颈成熟患者,分别对这些患者进行米索前列醇治疗,并记录分析米索前列醇的临床疗效。结果:在终孕患者中,所有的早期流产和死胎引产的患者都将孕囊和胎儿完全排出,而在中期引产中只有1例没有成功排出胎儿,治疗总有效率为97.7%。在足月妊娠促进宫颈成熟的患者中,所有患者的宫颈评分都得到了相应的改善,分娩成功率大大提高,达到97.1%。结论:米索前列醇在妇产科临床治疗上有着非常好的疗效,同时也没有较多的不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of misoprostol in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 113 patients with misoprostol in Dongguan City,Shijie Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in these patients.Patients with abortion,induction of labor and full-term pregnancy were eligible for cervical ripening.Misoprostol was administered and the clinical efficacy of misoprostol was recorded.Results In all pregnant women,all patients with early abortion and stillbirth were all discharged from the gestational sac and the fetus,and only one in the midterm induction was not successfully discharged from the fetus.The total effective rate was 97.7%.In patients with full-term pregnancy to promote cervical ripening,all patients with cervical scores have been improved accordingly,the success rate of delivery increased significantly,reaching 97.1%.Conclusion Misoprostol in the clinical treatment of obstetrics and gynecology has a very good effect,but also no more adverse reactions
