摘要
环境艺术设计专业传统人才培养模式中的课程设置、教学标准、单元设计等方面都存在与实践脱节的现象,基于此,文章立足珠三角地区,分析发展现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性,尤其对现代学徒制人才培养模式中教师队伍的建设、人才培养模式的制定、教学组织的安排、校企教学运行奖励机制进行探索。
The traditional personnel training mode of curriculum setting, teachingstandards and unit design in the Environment Art Design Specialty exists the commonphenomenon that is out of practice. This paper analyzes the necessity of developmentmode of the Modern Apprenticeship system in the Pearl River Delta Area, especiallyexploring the construction of teaching staff, formulation of talent training mode,teaching organization arrangement and reward mechanism of School-enterpriseteaching in the Modern Apprenticeship system accordingly,
