摘要
目的观察可穿戴式战伤训练模具在提高非医学院校学员战伤急救能力的效果。方法从现代战伤急救需求出发,设计系列可穿戴式战伤急救培训模具,用以培训非医学院校学员的战伤急救。学员可在模具上进行环甲膜穿刺、肢体大出血止血、张力性气胸穿刺等实际操作。考核学员对战现场急救的掌握情况和掌握这些技术所需时间,并与传统理论教学方式的效果进行比较。结果可穿戴式战伤训练模具可很好模拟战伤急救状况并可进行实际操作,通过战伤训练模具的训练,可使非医学专业的学员经过12学时的学习掌握上述三种急救技术的操作,而接受传统教学方式的医学专业学生需要15学时掌握相同的技术。结论使用可穿戴式创伤训练模具的模拟训练有效地缩短了非医学专业人员战伤自救互救的培训时间,提高了培训效果。
Objective To observe the effect of wearable combat casualty care training equipment in first-aid training of non-medical students.Methods Series of wearable combat casualty care training equipment were developed basing on the need of modern combat care,and were used to train non-medical students.The students could perform bleeding control with tourniquet,needle cricothyroidotomy and thoracic puncture decompression directly on these equipments.The time needed to master these first-aid skills and the scores they got were compared with traditional training method.Results The wearable combat casualty care training equipment could simulate the first-aid situations and the students could practice the exercises on it directly.It took12 courses for non-medical students to master the above-mentioned3 kinds of skills by wearable combat casualty care training equipment teaching method,while it took 15 courses for medical students to master the same skills by traditional training method.Conclusion Training with wearable combat casualty care training equipment can shorten the training time and improve the training effect of the first-aid in non-medical students.
