高温水解-离子色谱法测定石油焦中氟、氯含量研究 被引量:5

摘要 参照煤中氟、氯测定方法的样品预处理过程,采用离子色谱法测定石油焦中的氟、氯含量,并针对氧气流量、燃烧水解温度及水解时间的确定、离子色谱淋洗液浓度的选择、离子色谱分离时间的确定等实验条件对回收率的影响进行相应研究。研究表明:离子色谱法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于石油焦中氟和氯的测定;生焦和煅后焦中的氟含量均很低,而生焦中氯含量一般在200μg/g以内,即生焦属低氯燃料,煅后焦中的氯含量和空白值接近。 Referring to the sample pretreatment process of fluorine and chlorine determination method, the ion chromatography was used to determine the fluorine and chlorine in petroleum coke, and regarding to experimental conditions such as oxygen flow rate, combustion hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time, selection of ion chromatographic eluent concentration, determination of ion chromatographic separation time, the research on how these conditions affected the recovery rate was done. The research shows that: the ion chromatography is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, it could be used in the fluorine and chlorine determination in petroleum coke; the content of fluoride in raw petroleum coke and calcined coke is very low, the content of chlorine in raw petroleum coke is generally less than 200 μg/g, raw petroleum coke belongs to the low chlorine fuel, chlorine content of calcined coke is close to blank value.
