摘要
本研究建立了高温燃烧水解-自动电位滴定法测定进口煤中氯含量的方法。对自动电位滴定仪器条件、酸度影响、滴定模式、滴定剂的最小添加量、滴定终点的识别与确定等进行了研究,获得自动电位滴定的最佳条件。用该方法对标准煤样进行测定,正确度和精密度与国标方法相当。经8家实验室对4个水平煤样中氯含量进行测定,并对数据进行格拉布斯法检验和柯克伦检验,验证数据与标准样品的标准值吻合度较好,给出了方法的重复性限和再现性限计算公式。结果表明,该方法自动化程度高、操作简便、正确度高、重现性好。
A method was established for determining chlorine content in imported coal by high temperature combustion hydrolysis-automatic potentiometric titration.Automatic potential titration instrument conditions,acidity effect,titration mode,minimum addition of titration agent,identification and determination of titration endpoints were studied to obtain the best conditions for automatic potential titration.With this method to determine the chlorine in standard coal samples,the accuracy and precision are comparable to the national standard method.After the chlorine content in 4 levels coal samples was determined by eight laboratories,the data were tested by Grubbs and Cochran tests.The data agreed well with the standard value of the standard samples,and then the formulas for calculating the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of the method were presented.The results showed that the method had the advantages of high automatization,simple operation,high accuracy and good reproducibility.
