摘要
以高校教师"胜任力模型"理论为基础,结合高校公共体育课教师的特点,创造性地提出"技能+岗位胜任力"的教师培养模式,并以广东药科大学体育部的实践为例进行剖析。结论:"技能+岗位胜任力"培养模式能有效推动公共体育课师资队伍建设,并且是一项可持续性发展的系统性工程,具体较大的推广价值。
Based on the University Teachers "competency model", combined with the characteristics of public physical education teachers, creatively put forward the training mode of "skills + post competency", and to practice in PE Department of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example. Conclusion: the training mode of "skill + post competency" can effectively promote the construction of public sports teaching staff, and it is a systematic project of sustainable development.
