摘要
在岗位胜任力结构模型的基础上,结合图书馆工作的实际,构建图书馆人力资源的评价指标体系:由领导、同行、读者从不同角度按照知识素质、能力素质和人格素质三个方面的15个指标,对馆员做出优秀、良好、合格、不合格四级评价,并运用层次分析法和模糊数学评价方法进行综合定量计算,其结果可以作为对馆员进行选拔、考核、培训的依据。
The paper inends to establish the evaluation indicator system of library personnel resource on the basis of competency model and practice on library work: classifying librarians into four levels: excellent,good,qualified and failed from the perspectives of leader,people of the same occupation and reader and 15 indices at the three aspects of knowledge management,competency and personality quality and making the integrative and quantitative calculation,which may be used as the basis for selecting,checking and training librarians by applying the Analytic Hierachy and Fuzzy Math evaluation method.
