摘要
数字化、网络化、智能化已经成为工业4.0的主要发展趋势,其中大数据和工业物联网作为主要组成部分在中国制造业转型升级过程中扮演着重要的角色。为了能够达到进一步加快信息化和工业化深度融合,提高传统产业升级的强度,就不得不依靠工业4.0和互联网产业一体化。大数据、物联网、数据感知是智能制造的基础,在大规模定制生产中主要包括数据管理、数据收集、智能制造、定制平台和数据感知等。数据的感知可以借助于大数据和工业物联网的应用推动更多的智能制造的发展。鉴于此,通过应用大数据、物联网和数据感知可以帮助制造商提高营销目标,降低物流的成本和库存,减少生产资源的风险。
