摘要
介绍了减速器产品的价格构成,分析了减速器产品价格构成的各个组成部分,推出了减速器产品零件构成和减速器成本之间的映射关系。通过分析减速器产品的结构构成,得到了减速器产品结构树,并以减速器产品结构树为基础提出了成本估算的模块化方法,从而实现了减速器产品快速成本估算及报价,最终开发了减速器快速成本估算和报价系统。
The price constitution of gearbox is introduced,all parts of the price constitution of gearbox are analyzed and the mapping between parts and cost of gearbox is pushed out.By analyzing the structure composition of gearbox,the structure tree of gearbox is obtained and based on the structure tree of gearbox,the modular method of cost estimation is put forward;then,the method of rapid cost estimation and quotation of gearbox is realized and finally the system of rapid cost estimation and quotation of gearbox is developed.
