摘要
针对单孔浸没式顶吹对液相的搅拌效果进行了实验研究。实验中设计并搭建了单孔浸没式顶吹水模实验平台,利用高速相机进行拍摄,通过改变进气量、喷管插入深度、喷管插入角度等条件,对不同工况的液相搅拌效果展开了研究。在不借助专业仪器且能准确、全面量化液相搅拌效果的前提下,根据图片特征提出了基于图片分块策略和NCC算法的相似度计算方法。结果表明:该相似度方法能准确全面地评价不同工况的搅拌效果;实验中,进气量越大、喷管插入越深搅拌越剧烈;喷管以不同倾斜角度插入喷吹,对搅拌效果无太大影响。
Experiment research was done to investigate the stirring effect of single orifice top-submerged blow on liquid phase. Water model experimental platform of the singe orifice top -submerged blow was built in the experiment design, and high speed camera was used in photographing, factors like gas flow rate,nozzle insertion depth and nozzle insertion angle which have an influence on stirring effect of liquid-phase were analyzed in the research. In order to quantify the stirring effect of liquid phase accurately and comprehensively, similarity computing method based on image partition strategy and NCC algorithm was proposed by the image characteristics on the premise that professional instruments were not used. It was shown that the use of the similarity method can evaluate the stirring effects of liquid phase under different test conditions accurately and comprehensively. The degree of stirring increases with increasing in gas flow rate and depth of nozzle insert in the experiment; the different inclined angle of nozzle have little influence on the stirring effects.
