摘要
以PL-GPC50型凝胶色谱仪为例,介绍了凝胶色谱仪的结构、分析原理、常见故障现象及诊断、预防、处理方法。凝胶色谱仪一般分为流动相、泵系统、进样系统、色谱柱、检测系统、数据处理六大模块;凝胶色谱仪的故障通常发生在进样器、泵系统、色谱柱;流动相质量是凝胶色谱仪出现故障中的最大影响因素,需引起重视。
The structure, analysis principle, common fault phenomena , diagnosis, prevention and solution of gel chromato-graph were introduced by using PL-GPC50 gel chromatograph as an example .A gel chromatograph normally consists of six mod-ules, namely mobile phase, pump system, sampling system, chromatographic column, detection system, data processing.The faults of gas chromatogrph usually occur in the sampling system , pump system and chromatographic column .The mobile phase quality is the most important influential factor causing the faults , which should be paid more attention .
