摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、核磁共振仪和差示扫描量热仪等表征了超纤革用高压低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)专用料LF5000的结构与性能,并与国内外同类产品进行对比。结果表明:管式法工艺生产的LF5000相比釜式法工艺生产的国内外同类产品,相对分子质量较低,相对分子质量分布窄,支链数量少,熔点、结晶度及结晶温度高,熔体流动指数低,为每10 min 42.0 g,但对温度变化较敏感,拉伸强度和拉伸断裂应变略低,分别为9.0 MPa和357%;LF5000能够满足超纤革海岛纤维应用的质量要求,可纺性好,LDPE被溶出率为99.2%,溶出时间为42 min。
The structure and property of high-pressure low-density polyethylene (LDPE) special material LF5000 for superfine fiber synthetic leather were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance and differential scanning calorimetry and were compared with those of the imported ones of the same sort. The results showed that as compared with the same sort prepared by autoclave process , LFSO00 prepared by tubular process had lower relative molecular mass, narrower relative molecular mass distribution, less branched chain, higher melting point, erystallinity and crystallization temperature, lower melt flow index of 42.0 g per 10 min, more sensitive to temperature, slightly lower tensile strength and breaking strain of 9.0 MPa and 357% , respectively; and the obtained LFS000 satisfied the quality demand of superfine fiber synthetic leather and exhibited fairly good spinnability, I,DPE leaching rate of 99.2% and leaching time 42 min.
