摘要
静态实验条件下,考察了不同类型活性炭以及经酸碱改性和氧化改性的活性炭对硝基苯乙酮同分异构体吸附性能的影响;动态实验条件下,考察了活性炭对硝基苯乙酮同分异构体吸附和分离性能。结果表明:椰壳活性炭对硝基苯乙酮的吸附分离效果最好;对于改性活性炭,质量分数为5%双氧水、5%氢氧化钠改性对活性炭的吸附容量均具有较大的提高;同时,活性炭对邻位硝基苯乙酮的吸附分离因子与间、对位有较大差异,在工业化过程中,为活性炭吸附分离硝基苯乙酮同分异构体中的邻硝基苯乙酮提供基础数据。
The influence of different kinds of activated carbon,and the activated carbon by acid-base and oxidation modification on the adsorption performance of nitreacetophenone isomers was explored in the static experiment. The adsorption and separation properties were evaluated in the dynamic experiment. The results show that adsorption performance of the coconut-shell activated carbon is the best of all; the adsorption capacity of the activated carbons modified by 5% hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide were increased. The adsorption performance of activated carbon for ortho-nitroacetophenone is very different from the other two, it provides a data support of the adsorption and separation of ortho-nitroacetophenone fi'om nitroacetophenone isomers in industrial production.
