摘要
对硝基苯酚(PNP)毒性大、难于生物降解,是化工、农药、染料等行业废水中常见的有机污染物。以活性炭为吸附剂处理含对硝基苯酚的废水,考察了吸附时间、活性炭用量、对硝基苯酚浓度对废水处理能力的影响。研究结果表明,吸附时间、活性炭用量、浓度对对硝基苯酚的去除率具有明显的影响。当对硝基苯酚浓度为150 mg/L的废水,在活性炭用量为60 mg、吸附处理150 m in后,对硝基苯酚的去除率可达99.09%,此时即可将废水中对硝基苯酚的浓度降到2 mg/L以下,达到国家综合污水一级排放标准。
P-nitrophenol has great toxicity and it is difllcuh for the biodegradation. It is one common organic pollutant in the wastewater from the industries of chemical industry, pesticide, dye and so on. Using activated carbon as the adsorbent, the wastewater with p-nitropbenol was treated to study the influences of adsorption time, amount of activated carbon and p-nitrophenol concentration on the removal of p-nitrophenol in wastewater were studied. The results indicated that the removal ratio of p-nitrepbenol was affected by the adsorption time, amount of activated carbon and concentration obviously. For wastewater with 150 mg/L p-nitrophenol, the removal ratio of p-nitrophenol reached 99.09% when the amount of activated carbon and adsorption time was 60 mg and 150 min, respectively. The concentration of p-nitropbenol could be decreased to below 2 mg/L, which satisfied with the national first degree let out level.
