摘要
为了研究不同混合气体配比对焊接过程及焊缝性能的影响,在其余焊接参数不变、仅改变Ar和CO_2混合气体配比的情况下进行焊接试验,并对试验结果进行分析。通过对焊接试样的飞溅率、焊缝横截面的熔深和熔宽以及试样的力学性能进行对比分析,得出既定焊接条件下混合气体Ar和CO_2的最佳配比为84∶16。
In order to reveal the effect of different mix gas mixture ratio to the gas shielded welding,it tests with the different mixture ratios of Ar and CO2,analyzes the experiment results.Comparing the spatter rate,welded depth and the welded width,it analyzes the mechanical properties of the specimen,shows that the optimal mixture ratio of Ar and CO2 is 84∶ 16.
