摘要
CPP900-W1(以下简称W1)管道自动焊装备主要用于管道外环焊缝的自动焊接。在管道焊接试验过程中出现环焊缝的气孔问题,尤其在斜仰脸和仰脸位置。为解决该问题,从气体纯度,焊前焊口处理,气体压力及流量,焊枪密封性测试以及热输入量方面逐一排查,开展了大量焊接试验。结果表明,气孔缺陷主要是由于焊接过渡方式和热输入量选择不当导致的,提高熔池本身的流动性和热输入量有利于减少气孔产生。并总结出一套判断气孔产生的方法及解决方案。
The CPP900 - Wl pipeline automatic welding equipment is mainly used for the automatic welding of outer ring weld of pipeline. In the process of pipeline welding test, there was stomas problem of girth weld, especially at the positions of slanting face and face upward. In order to solve this problem, the gas purity, groove processing before welding, gas pressure and flow, welding torch sealing test and heat input were investigated one by one, and a lot of welding experiments were carded out. The results show that the stomas are mainly caused by the improper selection of the welding transition mode and the heat input. Increasing the flow of the molten pool and heat input is beneficial to reduce the stomas. A set of methods to determine the causes of stomas and the solutions were summarized.
