摘要
心理健康教育因其"保驾护航"的作用,被高校视为教育教学工作的一个重要环节。各高校在心理健康教育工作的探索和开展过程中,发现心理社团在大学生心理健康教育中发挥的作用日益凸显。然而高校心理社团在专业性、自主性、稳定性、创新性等方面仍然存在一定的问题和局限,制约其能动作用的发挥。从专业化、自主化、品牌化、在地化等四个方面,优化高校心理社团的运作模式,采取有效策略弥补心理社团的缺陷和不足,可以使心理社团在大学生心理健康教育中更加有效地发挥能动作用。
Mental health education plays a protective role so it is an important role in education and teaching in universities and colleges. In the exploration and development of the mental health education, teachers in universities found that psychological associa-tions play an increasingly prominent role in college students' mental health education. However, there are some problems of psycho-logical associations in professionalism, initiative, stability and innovation, which limits its dynamic function. Psychological associations will exert its dynamic functions if the operation mode of the associations can be improved from professionalism, initiative, branding and innovation. In addition, some effective measures can be applied to make up for the shortage and weakness of pshchological asso-ciations.
