摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)联用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析技术检测灰树花子实体95%乙醇提取物(GF95)的挥发性成分。结果表明,灰树花子实体95%乙醇提物中含有58种挥发性物质,占总成分含量的89.87%。种类主要为酸(13种)、酯(12种)、醇(8种)、苯的衍生物(6种)、酮(4种)、醛(3种)、其他类(12种)等物质,其中含量主要以苯的衍生物类(40.62%)、酸类(33.49%)、酯类(5.12%)和醇类(4.10%)为主,挥发性成分中具有独特风味的化合物有异戊醇、甲酸己酯、乳酸乙酯和苯甲酸乙酯。
Fruiting bodies of Grifola frondosa were produced by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas combined with chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GCMS) after extracting by 95% ethanol. The results showed that fruiting bodies of Grifola frondosa contained 58 volatile components,accounting for 89.87% of total volatile substances. The ethanol extraction of fruiting bodies mainly contained acid(13),esters(12),alcohols(8),benzene derivate(6),ketones(4),aldehydes(3) and others(12). Benzene derivate(40.62%),acids(33.49%),esters(5.12%) and alcohols(4.10%)were the main volatile components of fruiting bodies. The compounds,which have unique flavors in the volatile components,were isoamyl alcohol,hexyl formate,ethyl lactate and ethyl benzoate.
