摘要
针对公司热处理淬火油老化变质,冷却性能差,易着火等原因,提出引进应用替代淬火油的新型PAG淬火介质,对热处理现有设施进行简单改造,经过配液和生产实际测试,满足产品的热处理质量。达到了降本增效,安全环保的目的。
In this article,in view of the shortcomings of the heat treatment quenching oil in our company such as aging deterioration,poor cooling performance and easy to fire,a new type of PAG quenching medium is proposed for the alternative quenching oil. Simple transformation to the existing facilities of heat treatment is carried out,and it is proved that our products could meet the quality of heat treatment through liquid match and production tests. Thus it would achieve the purposes of cost-saving and profit-increasing,safety and environmental protection.
