摘要
整车冷却性能是汽车开发设计过程中一项非常重要的性能指标。文章从一款车型冷却性能不合格的现实情况入手,通过冷却系统性能的经典计算与CFD分析相结合的手段,提出了具有针对性的整改方案并通过风洞试验进行验证确认,大大减少了性能整改的周期,为后续同类型车冷却系统的性能设计提供了参考依据。
The cooling performance of vehicle is a very important index in the process of vehicle development. This paper starts with the fact that a vehicle’s cooling performance is not up to standard.through the classical calculation of cooling system performance and the combination of CFD analysis .A targeted rectification scheme was put forward and verified by CWT test.This scheme greatly reduces the performance of the recification cycle and provides a reference for the performance design of the same type of vehicle cooling system.
