摘要
目的分析加味阳和汤治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法该研究方便选取80例乳腺癌骨转移患者均为该院2014年2月—2017年1月所收治,通过数字随机方法将全部患者分成对照组(40例)和实验组(40例),对照组患者选择唑来膦酸治疗,实验组患者则在唑来膦酸治疗的同时,采用加味阳和汤治疗,对患者的骨转移灶改善情况、疼痛评分、生活质量卡氏评分、活动能力改善情况以及AKP、高钙血症改善情况进行观察分析。结果对照组患者、实验组患者的骨转移灶改善有效率分别为87.5%、92.5%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的活动能力总有效率(75.0%)、生活质量提高率(75.0%)、疼痛总有效率(75.0%)均显著高于对照组患者的45.0%、50.0%、50.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者、实验组患者的血清钙离子、AKP浓度值的有效率分别为75.0%、87.5%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用加味阳和汤治疗乳腺癌骨转移患者,能取得比较理想的临床疗效,具有临床应用价值。
Object ive This paper tr ies to analyze the cl inical efficacy of Jiawei Yanghe Decoction in treatment of breas t cancer with bone metas tas is . Methods 80 cases of breast cancer pat ients with bone metas tas is treated in this hospi tal from February 2014 to January 2017 were conveniently selected and divided into the control group （40 cases） and the exper imen-tal group （40 cases） through the digital random method. The control group adopted the zoledronic acid treatment, the exper i-mental group adopted the zoledronic acid treatment and Jiawei Yanghe decoction treatment. The les ion improvement of bone metastasis, pain score, Karnofsky score of quality of life and the improvement of activi ty, AKP, improvement of hypercalcin- emia were analyzed and observed. Results The improvement ef ficiency of bone metas tas is of the pat ients in the control group and the experimental group were 87.5% and 92.5%, there was no signif icant difference （P〉0.05）; the total efficiency of the activi ties in the experimental group was 75.0%, improvement rate of the quality of life was 75.0%, the total efficiency of pain was 75.0%, signif icantly higher than those in control group of 45.0%, 50.0%, 50.0%, the difference was stat ist ically signif icant （P〈0.05）; the ef ficiency of serum calcium and concentrat ion value of AKP in the control group and the exper i-mental group were 75.0% and 87.5%, there was no signif icant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The appl icat ion of Jiawei Yanghe decoction in treatment of breast cancer pat ients with bone metas tas is can achieve more ideal effect, which has thevalue of cl inical applicat ion.
