摘要
选取3个一级指标、16个二级指标和74个三级指标构建创新能力评价体系,采取层次分析法对指标权重进行估计,以安徽6家已完成第一个建设周期的国家级农业园区为例,对其创新能力进行评估。从"人才引进与培育""创新平台建设与完善""社会资源投入与金融支撑"的角度提出促进提升农业科技园区创新能力的措施建议。
Selecting 3 level indicators,16 second level indicators,and 74 third level indicators to build innovation ability evaluation system.I take the analytic hierarchy process to estimate the weight of the index.Using this evaluation system,the innovation ability of the six national agricultural parks in Anhui Province will be evaluated,which has completed the first construction period.From the perspective of "talent introduction and cultivation","innovation platform construction and improvement","social resources investment and financial support",the measures and suggestions to promote the innovation capability of agricultural science and technology parks are put forward.
