摘要
目的探讨转录因子7类似物2(TCF7L2)基因rsl2255372位点单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNP)与妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇遗传易感性的相关性。方法选取2016年10月至2017年2月在深圳市妇幼保健院就诊的GDM孕妇30例为GDM组,选取同期入院的健康孕妇32例为对照组。孕妇入院后当日计算体质指数(BMI),采用基因测序技术分析TCF7L2基因rsl2255372位点的基因型。结果 rs12255372位点的SNP分型仅为GG基因型,rsl2255372位点在GDM组及对照组中均为GG基因型,GDM组GG型频率为100%(30/30),G等位基因频率为100%(60/60);对照组GG型频率为100%(32/32),G等位基因频率为100%(64/64);两组分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论未发现TCF7L2基因rsl2255372位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与深圳孕妇人群的妊娠期糖尿病相关。
Objective To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs) of the rs12255372 gene of the transcription factor 7 analog 2( TCF7L2) gene and the genetic susceptibility with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM). Methods 30 cases of GDM pregnant women were recruited from October 2016 to February 2017 in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital,32 healthy pregnant women admitted to the same period were selected as the control group,the body mass index is calculated on the day after admission, the genotype of TCF7L2 gene rs12255372 was analyzed by gene sequencing. Results The distribution frequencies of genotype GG at locus rs12255372 were 100%( 30/30) in the GDM group and 100%( 32/32) in the control group. The frequencies of G allele of rsl2255372 were 100%( 60/60) in the GDM group and were 100%( 62/62) in the control group. There was no difference of genotype distribution and G allele frequency of rs12255372 between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions There was no correlation between rs l2255372 polymorphisms of the TCF7L2 gene and GDM.
