摘要
当前,中国正迎来新一轮消费升级的浪潮,从传统的温饱型、物质型、排浪式消费向发展型、服务型、多样化等新型消费升级。根据国务院关于积极发挥新消费引领作用的部署,文化产业应该在推动新消费方面发挥更大的作用,要围绕消费市场的新变化趋势进行投资、创新和生产,才能最大限度地提高文化产业投资和创新的有效性。其重点是:推动文化与科技的融合,开发文化消费的新业态;适应老龄化和新世代等不同人群的需求,打造文化消费的新产品;塑造多样化的城乡文化空间,拓展文化消费的新领域。
With the new trend of consumption updating in current China,consumers are no longer satisfied with sufficient food and clothing as they used to be;they are more concerned about seeking diversified services.Meanwhile,their attention shifts from the consumption of material goods to service consumption,information consumption,fashion consumption and so on.According to the State Council's policy about actively promoting new consumption,the Chinese cultural industry should make greater contribution to promoting new consumption.The relevant emphases would be on the following three aspects:to promote the integration of culture and technology and develop new forms of cultural consumption,to produce new products of cultural consumption and adapt to the different groups' needs,and to create a diversified cultural space and expand new areas of cultural consumption.
