摘要
[目的]从安全输血管理的角度探讨护理安全,旨在通过客观、科学的研究和设计构建一套适合我国安全输血管理的评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法,由19名专家对拟定的安全输血护理管理评价指标体系进行两轮问卷咨询,获得一致性意见,初步构建评价指标体系。[结果]安全输血护理管理评价指标体系最终形成一级指标4个(血液管理、核对管理、操作管理、人员管理)、二级指标11个和三级指标44个。[结论]安全输血护理管理评价指标体系包括一级指标4个、二级指标11个和三级指标44个,规范了安全输血评价的内容和要素,可为安全输血提供保障。
Objective：To discuss nursing safety from the perspective of safe blood transfusion（BT）management,and to construct a suitable nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT in China through objective and scientific research and design.Methods：By using Delphi method,two rounds of questionnaire consultation on the developed nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT were conducted on 19 experts.The consensus opinion was obtained and the evaluation index system was primarily built.Results：The nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT finally formed with four primary indicators（blood management,check management,operation management,personnel management）,11 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators.Conclusions：The nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT included 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators.It standardized the contents and elements of safe BT evaluation and provided a guarantee for safe BT.
