摘要
将现代学校教育与传统的学徒制教育模式进行深入融合,就形成了现代学徒制职业教育模式。高职院校在现代学徒制人才培养模式的应用中,需要综合考虑企业、政府以及学生个人等因素,通过建立校企合作实训基地、制订科学的现代学徒制人才培养方案以及同步招工招生等方式,确保高职院校人才培养的质量。
Modern school education is deeply integrated with the traditional education mode of apprenticeship, which forms the education mode of modern apprenticeship. In the application of modern apprenticeship mode, higher vocational colleges need to consider comprehensively about enterprise, government and personal factors to ensure the quality of talent cultivation by means of the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation training base, making scientific modern apprenticeship training program and synchronous hiring admissions. Based on this, this paper makes an analysis of the training mode and its influencing factors and specific ways of implementation of the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
