摘要
针对当前高职电子商务专业人才培养过程出现的"企业招聘难、毕业生就业难"两难问题,结合专业教学改革实践,探究性提出基于行业应用视角下的"岗位化、方向化、个性化"电子商务专业人才培养模式改革,并从模式的理论依据、内涵、培养目标定位、课程体系构建、培养模式的实施,以及实施效果等方面进行探索与实证研究。
Aimed at the dilemma of "enterprise recruitment difficulty and graduates" employment difficulty" of the current talents cultivation of higher vocational e-commerce professional, combined with the teaching reform practice, this paper puts forward the "position, direction, personalized" reform of e-commerce professional talent training mode based on industrial application perspective. And it carries out the empirical research and exploration from theoretical basis, connotation, training target, courses system construction, implementation of the training mode, implementation effect and other aspects of the pattern.
