摘要
为了进一步提升锭子零件的加工精度和成套产品性能,适应纺纱企业对锭子高速、节能的新要求,介绍细纱机高速化对锭子性能的要求,JW68系列锭子相比传统锭子的结构特点以及优点,并对空锭、空管、满纱的锭子振程进行检测。指出:JW68系列平底铝杆锭子减小上轴承半径及锭子中心距、锭尖使用大半径球面、内部采用迷宫式设计、减小锭间尺寸差异等使其性能稳定,承载能力强、振程小、能耗小,且零件加工精度高、互换性好,能满足高速纺纱要求。
To further improve the machining precision of spindle and performance of a completed set of product, catering the new requirements of energy saving and high speed in spindle spinning enterprise,introduction is done to the requirement of high speed spinning machine on the spindles JW68 series as to the performance and characteristic as compared with the traditional product.Vibration test is done to the full-loaded spindles as well as unloaded spindles and tubes. It is pointed out that spindles JW68 series with flat base of aluminum rods can meet the high speed production of spinning in case of reduced radius and centre distance, large radius spherical spindle blade tip and labyrinth internal design, reduced the size difference between spindles, due to stable performance, strong bearing capacity, small vibration, low energy consumption, and high machining precision,good interchangeability.
