摘要
探讨细纱机节能的措施及其发展方向。通过细纱机能耗理论分析,研究细纱卷装功率的影响规律。从锭盘直径、锭速、锭盘重量三个主要方面进行试验,研究细纱节能锭子的能耗情况。指出:在相同条件下,锭子重量越重,能耗越高;在一定锭速下,小锭盘直径、小钢领直径、小卷装对节能降耗有显著作用。认为:加快推行高速节能锭子的使用有助于实现环锭纺高速化。
The energy saving measures for spinning frame and its development direction were discussed. Through theoretical analyses on energy consumption of spinning frame, the influence rule for package power of spinning frame was studied. Experiments were proceeded through three main aspects including wharve diameter, spindle speed and wharve weight. The energy consumption situation of energy saving spindle for spinning frame was researched. It is pointed out that the heavier the spindle weight is,the more the energy consumption is when the condition is the same. Under a certain spindle speed, smaller spindle diameter, smaller ring diameter and smal- ler package size have obvious effect on energy-saving and cost-reducing. It is considered that speeding up on the implementation of energy saving spindle with higher speed is beneficial to achieve the higher speed ring spinning.
