摘要
预制式电气舱内部结构复杂,外部尺寸较大,将会在法国ITER现场长期使用。根据ITER现场地理位置和自然条件情况,用有限元软件分析和计算了在各种载荷组合工况下,结构的应力值和变形量,验证了此预制式电气舱能够承受所安装设备产生的组合载荷,具备足够的强度,满足室外安装和长期存放的要求。
Prefabricated electrical container is complex in internal structure and large in external size. It will be used for long-term in France ITER site. According to the ITER site location and natural conditions,this paper analysis and calculates the stress value and the deformation of the structure under various load combination with the finite element analysis software. It verify that the prefabricated electrical container can withstand the combined load generated which produced by installed equipment,that the prefabricated electrical container has sufficient strength to meet the requirements for outdoor installation and long-term storage.
