摘要
本研究针对当下“师徒结对”培养模式存在的问题,如结对形式单一、结对流于形式、结对时间不充足等,分析了影响“师徒结对”培养模式效率的因素。在此基础上,研究者提出,可从激发师徒双方专业成长的动力,构建学习共同体的成长路径,营造发展性教师评价氛围等方面着手,优化“师徒结对”培养模式。
At present, there are some problems in the training mode of "teacher-student pairing", such as single form of pairing, pairing becoming a mere formality and lack of sufficient time for pairing. This paper analyzes the factors that influ- ence the efficiency of "teacher-student pairing" training mode. The authors believe that the training mode can be optimized by stimulating both teachers and students' desire for professional development, establishing a path for the construction of learning community, and creating an environment for developing evaluation of teachers.
