摘要
目的:研究分析前列腺癌的磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)诊断价值。方法:对我院在2014年5月至2016年5月间收治的86例疑似前列腺癌患者分别行常规核磁共振成像检查和磁共振DWI检查,根据二者的影像学信息作出诊断,并与病理组织学结果对照,比较二者的诊断符合率。结果:常规核磁共振成像、磁共振DWI诊断的诊断符合率分别为73.21%、92.86%,二者比较差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:相比于常规核磁共振成像检查,磁共振DWI诊断前列腺癌的准确率高,为临床治疗提供可靠的指导,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： Diagnostic value of diffusion weighted imaging （DWI） in prostate cancer.Methods： 86 patients with suspected prostate cancer in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were treated with conventional MRI and magnetic resonance DWI examination,Diagnosis based on the imaging information of the two groups,and compared with histopathological results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two groups was compared.Results： The diagnostic coincidence rates of conventional MRI and MRI DWI were 73.21% and 92.86%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant （P 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusions： Compared with the conventional magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic resonance DWI diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer is high,providing reliable guidance for clinical treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
